Do you want to help build a brand-new business area – and make a real impact on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Denmark and Europe?
We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Growth Manager to join our Transaction Banking (TxB) team – someone who can combine strong commercial understanding with sharp operational execution. Working closely with the Head of Transaction Banking, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial initiatives across Denmark and internationally, while ensuring best-in-class customer experiences.
Your core mission will be to keep momentum across projects and initiatives within TxB – collaborating closely with product, sales, operations, and the wider bank to make things happen.
We don’t expect you to be a TxB expert from day one. What matters is your curiosity, ambition, and strong drive. You take ownership, work with structure, and deliver results – whether it’s managing details in spreadsheets, leading engaging projects, or preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
What you will be doing
Drive commercial initiatives and help take sales efforts across the finish line.
Keep structure, pace, and follow-up across teams to ensure a top-quality customer experience.
Prepare analyses and presentations that support customer and product development as well as the overall TxB roadmap.
Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects – and make sure things actually get done.
Contribute your own ideas and turn them into tangible results.
What we expect from you
3–7 years of experience in a similar role – not necessarily from the financial sector.
A bachelor’s degree or higher education.
Strong commercial mindset and the ability to understand customer needs and challenges.
Service-minded and great at building trusting relationships.
High execution power – you’re the kind of person who makes things happen, not just manages projects.
Curious, eager to learn, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Motivated by freedom, accountability, and the opportunity to grow with the role.
Fluent in both Danish and English.
It’s a plus if you
Have experience from customer success, sales, or consulting.
Have worked with or for SMEs and understand their reality.
Are motivated by working in an environment where you can challenge the status quo and help shape the direction.
