When Mathias Hestbæk Jakobsen took up the position of CFO in Møbelkompagniet, the company already used Corpay One, which he had not previously been familiar with. But the new acquaintance has proven to work well for him.

“It just makes a lot of sense. It can be tiresome for employees with outlays because it often takes months to get their money back. But that's not the case with Corpay One. Here, we don't have to run it over the salary, so we use it quite a lot," Mathias Hestbæk Jakobsen mentions.
In addition, the invoice flow around payments in Corpay One has saved time-consuming, manual workflows. With Corpay One, Møbelkompagniet has created a clear overview of who must approve and take responsibility for an invoice being ready to be paid - regardless of whether it is the CFO, the logistics manager, or the CEO who has to do it.
"It's smart, and I also find that this approval flow increases security. I have become used to the fact that you have a common folder on the computer in many places. But everyone had editing options, so there was no tracking of who approved the attachments. With Corpay, it is more streamlined, and the auditor track is really important because it creates good documentation when you have an auditor visit," says Mathias.
