Keycore has been on a major growth journey over the past few years, where they, among other things, have gone from 9 to 40 employees and describe themselves as a Scaleup company. To continue growth, attracting the right employees is essential, which is a major challenge in the IT industry. The companies are in competition with each other for qualified employees, and this is also something they can feel in Keycore:

"Our niche is a bit special, so there aren't many candidates with the right skills. In the start-up phase, you could be "satisfied" with using your network for recruitment, but to grow, the strategy has been changed to search. When we are in dialogue with candidates, Howdy allows us to substantiate that at Keycore, we take care of the well-being of our employees, which gives us an extra dimension in the recruitment phase" says Anette Jespersen Schucany, People Manager at Keycore.

Keycore chose Howdy as a well-being tool based on several factors, but especially the simple and anonymous way of answering the questions attracted them:

"I know several well-being measurement tools, but we like Howdy's simplicity, which makes it easy for the user to answer - no long time-consuming questionnaire surveys - just 5 questions that can be answered in less than 1 minute. At the same time, it attracted us that everything is done anonymously and that we could connect it to our health insurance.”

The company has used Howdy's solution for a year, and the process has been both instructive and has shown quite positive results:

"Since we started using Howdy, we have a new angle for dialogue about well-being, or what it means for the individual, for example, to be happy. At the same time, the results from Howdy have given us data that makes it easy to assess where action should be taken if something does not work. It has given us insight and knowledge that I might not have expected us to gain when we started up," tells Anette Jespersen Schucany.
