Complaints procedure
If you wish to file a complaint against Kompasbank, please contact your dedicated contact person or email us at support@kompasbank.dk. If you disagree with our handling of your inquiry or the outcome thereof, you are welcome to contact kompasbank's complaints officer via email at klag-til@kompasbank.dk.
If we cannot find a solution
We will do everything we can to find a solution. However, if we are unsuccessful and you are a consumer, or there is a consumer-like relationship, you may file a complaint with the Danish Financial Complaint Board, Amaliegade 7, 1256 Copenhagen K, phone +45 35 43 63 33.

Complaints via the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform
If you have entered into an agreement with us via the internet and you are a consumer, you may also submit a complaint through the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform, which is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=DA.
If you submit a complaint here, you must provide kompasbank’s email address: kontakt-os@kompasbank.dk. This is especially relevant if you reside in another EU country.
Complaints via the Danish Data Protection Agency
If your complaint concerns our processing of personal data and we are unable to resolve the issue through your inquiry to kompasbank, you may file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency. You can find the agency’s contact details at www.datatilsynet.dk.
