A study by the World Economic Forum shows that as many as 152 million European jobs will be affected by the lack of IT skills by 2027. That's one of the reasons why Academic Work Academy has been created – a solution to reduce your skills gap within IT and tech. Academy gives everyone - regardless of background - the opportunity to start a new career in IT and tech through intense training in just 12 weeks. Since its beginning in 2015, the Academy has helped over 1,000 companies in the Nordics and Germany and trained more than 3,000 people for a new career path.

One of Academic Works' collaboration partners is Salesforce, among others. Since 2018, Academic Work Academy and Salesforce have collaborated to train more people in the popular CRM platform. The demand for Salesforce skills continues to increase, but the expertise is difficult to find and attract for companies. Since the start of the partnership, 100 graduates in five different countries have been recruited and trained in the Academy's 12-week intensive program within Salesforce. After completing the exam, the candidates were able to start a new career as Salesforce consultants around the Nordics and Germany. Read more about the Salesforce case study here.

In addition to Salesforce, Academic Work has helped organizations such as Sofigate, Telia, and Solita. They can help in several areas of competence - Data Engineering, Azure, ServiceNow, and Java.

If your company needs more, Work offers flexible solutions and tailors a program that matches your company's needs. Through the program, they find and train candidates in new competencies that help reduce your company's skills gap.
