kompasbank expands management team with former BankNordik Director

Rune Nørregaard, 43, has joined kompasbank as Deputy Chief Risk Officer. kompasbank, Denmark’s new business bank, welcomes Rune to its dynamic management team, where he will focus on risk management and credit.

Initially, Rune Nørregaard will focus on getting to know the team, integrating into the company culture, and understanding the bank’s unique collaboration models.

Rune Nørregaard brings 13 years of experience from BankNordik, where he was responsible for areas including support, IT, credit, and finance. He has also worked as a senior legal advisor at Danske Bank and as a lawyer at Bech-Bruun, where he completed his trainee education. He holds a Cand.jur. degree from Aarhus University and a Global Executive MBA in management from IE Business School.
